Fishermen prepare this rustic folk dish with several types of quality fish.

Use a clay pot, put some olive oil, chopped onions, tomato, parsley leaves, pepper grains and place fish over it.

Pour the mixture into the baking pan and bake for 1 hour (start at 170oC for 20 minutes, then reduce the temperature to 150oC and continue baking for another 20 minutes, finish at 110oC for the last 20 minutes).

For chocolate icing melt half chocolate with 5 tablespoons of sugar, 2 tablespoons of milk and some margarine.

Cover the sponge with chocolate icing.

Add some raisins, cover the dough and let it at warm to rise again until it has doubled in size.

Take a teaspoon and make small balls called “fritule” and fry them in hot oil.

When fried, dust them with some vanilla sugar.
